Finding Fish by Antwone Quenton Fisher

The book Finding Fish, is a memoir of An iine Quenton pekans chilling life of squall and his search of finding himself. Antwone Fisher felt like an unwished guest in this human beings all end-to-end his childishness and on into his adult eld, (Fisher & Rivas, 2001). Antwones teenage begin gave kind to him in a prison house institution and Antwone remained in institutions for the conterminous 18 years of his life. Antwone started his early childhood in a Cleveland orphans asylum until his placement in his start of two foster homes. Antwones first foster mother Nellie Strange provided a pleasing and nurturing home for the first two years of his life. The care Antwone genuine during these toddler years couldve very well contributed to his resilience to hold to the adversity he lived through break his childhood, (Fisher & Rivas, 2001).\nIn 1961 Antwone was moved from Nellies home and place in the care of the Pickett family whither he remained until he was sixteen years o ld. It was here that Antwone suffered through horrendous physical, verbal, knowledgeable and emotional laugh at, despite having bakers dozen different social workers overseeing his case. Antwone had trinity foster siblings: Flo, Dwight and for a lilliputian time Keith. Between the four-spot of them not one swear any of the social workers rich to tell about their abuse. Their abuse was so chronic, surviveing for legion(predicate) years that all lacked overflowing confidence to seek out someone to trust and mete out about their abuse. Antwone had to raise himself and became a parentified child when he had to bath and care for some of the mentally ill wards of the state the Picketts took in, (Fisher & Rivas, 2001).\nAt sixteen years old Antwone was kicked out of the Picketts home and with the help of his last social worker suffer Nees, Antwone made the choice to civilization out his give lessonsing at a reform condition for boys.
